Move GPS Tracker to New Tracking Platform Step:
1. First tell us your tracker ID or S/N number. Normally the ID or S/N number is print on the label that paste on the back of the tracker case or under the battery of the tracker; Send SMS to tracker also can check the tracker ID, the SMS command is: ID*123456; Login the old platform www.999gsp.com also can check the tracker ID, click the menu “Basic Data--Terminal Management”, and the ID can be seen on the platform.
2. We create new account user name & password for customer on the new tracking platform www.999gps.net , and add the tracker to the new account, if customer need put more trackers to this account, just tell us the trackers ID is OK, the new platform user name & password of website visiting, App locate & WeChat locate are same.

If customer like to create sub-account user or fleet name yourself, We can create distributor account user name for customer, and we can move all of the customer’s tracker to this account, and then customer can create sub-account user name & password, and move any trackers to any sub-account, also distributor account can reset sub-account password for customers.

3. Customer send SMS to tracker SIM card to change the uploading IP address, the SMS command is: IP*123456*220.127.116.11,8011, (123456 is the tracker password, if the password has been changed, then replace 123456 with new password). After the command is confirmed, the tracker will reply SMS: “IP:18.104.22.168,8011”. and then the tracker will upload the new location to the new tracking platform, the old tracking can not move to new tracking platform, but you still can login the old platform to check the old history tracking data.
